Store in original, unopened, sealed and undamaged packaging in dry conditions. Protect from direct sunlight.

In tropical climates, the product must be stored in an air-conditioned environment.

Note: When using multiple units, use one after the other. Do not mix the following unit until the previous one has been used in order to avoid a reduction in handling time.

5 kg unit is sufficient to cover approximately 0.6 m² at 5 mm thickness.

The surface to be treated should be dry and free from dirt, dust concrete curing compounds, residual mould oil or other contaminate that could impair adhesion. Cement laitance should be removed by wire brushing or grit sand blasting before priming with SikaEmaco® P 102. Priming should be carried out in advance of application of the mortar. It is essential to apply the mortar on top of the primer whilst the latter is still tacky. If the first priming coat should gel, apply a second priming coat before applying the mortar.

Mix components A and B together for at least 3 minutes with a mixing spindle attached to a slow speed electric drill (maximum 300 rpm) until the material becomes smooth in consistency and a uniform grey colour. Then add component C and continue until mixture is homogeneous. Avoid aeration while mixing. Then, pour the whole mix into a clean container and stir again for approximately 1 more minute at low speed to keep air entrapment at a minimum. Mix only that quantity which can be used within its pot life.

The thoroughly mixed mortar should be used without delay and applied using a steel trowel. Press well into the primed surface and compact to ensure positive and permanent adhesion. Use a steel trowel to finish and bring resin to the surface.

Further priming is necessary if applied in multiple layers and the backing layer should be cross hatched before cure takes place to provide a mechanical key. 

Clean all tools and application equipment with Sika® Colma Cleaner immediately after use. Hardened / cured material can only be mechanically removed.
