About the Role

The core responsibility of this position is to be responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and future clients.  

  • Place and consolidate customer orders as well as arrange for delivery via customers’ preferences.
  • Maintain updated pricing and enter all customer pricing into SAP for invoicing accuracy.
  • Respond to the needs of the customer by phone or email quickly and accurately.
  • Assist other customer service reps when needed.
  • Communicate order status to customers quickly and accurately.
  • Process RMAs, credits, and rebills within required timeframes.
  • Attend regional meetings to increase relationships with sales personnel.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of SAP a plus
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers and other departments
  • Excellent organizational skills
