Strenghten Sika's market presence by actively engaging with applicators and visiting shops, distributors, specifiers, and influencers.

  • Ensure updated market & competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify customer needs (by applicator, by channel), competitors, sales arguments, pricing
  • Develop with R&D - develop product ideas, performance needed, cost
  • Create with Marketing - labeling and packaging, communication, videos, marketing campaigns, social media
  • Collaborate with Supply-chain - make or buy, supply-chain locations, packaging
  • Support Procurement - new RM, packaging
  • Consult Technical departments - training

 

Your Skills and Experience

Your Expertise

  • University degree and over 5 years’ experience in the fields of sales, marketing, product management or technical department
  • Solid know-how of the Distribution market
  • Proficiency in preparing structured and comprehendible presentations, technical documents and reports
  • Professional and transparent communication in fluent English while exhibiting a strong commitment to sustainability
  • Very self-driven, results-oriented and reliable personality
