About the Role

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage existing sales accounts, assisting in forecasting and achieving sales budgets.
  • Develop new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, seminars, and trial mixes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by making regular sales calls, providing timely and correct products, and addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and problems.
  • Stay updated on existing and upcoming construction projects, analyze market information, and prepare strategies, plans, and sales forecasts.
  • Secure all accounts with proper credit recommendations and provide price quotations within specified ranges/limits.
  • Monitor sales operations for each customer, from ordering to delivery.
  • Manage the collection of receivables and counter receipt of sales invoices and delivery receipts.
  • Adhere to the established Quality and Environmental Management Systems and Quality Policy.
  • Actively participate in all projects related to quality and the environment, supporting and acting in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensure understanding of the Quality and Environmental Management System.
  • Ensure adherence to all operating standards at all times.
  • Strictly comply with company policies, systems, procedures, work rules, and regulations.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.

Your Skills and Experience

Education:

  • Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering, preferably licensed Engineer

Work Experience:

  • With at least three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in construction industry.
  • Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.
  • Preferably with Project Management experience  

Skills:

  • Preferably with technical selling experience and driving skills (with valid professional driver’s license).
  • Project Management Skills
  • Possesses a strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
