About the Role

  • Plan and execute supply of Finished Goods and Raw Materials, ensuring that all critical data indicators are reviewed (including Pallet and or Order Multiple, Unit of Measure, Pricing etc)
  • Manage Shipment Arrival Notices from Freight Forwarders
  • Update and monitor Safety Stock for all Raw Materials and Packaging items for assigned categories
  • Notify business areas if key information is incorrect or missing
  • Monitor and analyse stock levels and lead performance improvement relating to inventory and service improvement for assigned categories
  • Maximise raw material efficiency
  • Maintain highest level customer DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) by evaluating and recommending actions to improve performance

Your Skills and Experience

  • Have a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a Planning and Purchasing environment
  • Have previous experience in collaborating in an S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) environment
  • Have advanced Excel skills
  • Have strong analytical skills to interpret data for planning purposes
  • Have the ability to work on multiple projects or issues simultaneously
  • Be detail-oriented and highly organised
