About the Role

SHE

  1. ·Participate at regular safety training on site
  2. ·Work in compliance with all legal regulations and in line with SHE KPIs and Targets set by management
  3. ·Active support to the safety culture at site and work safely for incident free operation.
  4. Follow annual SHE improvement plan for the site.
  5. ·Support Site SHE committee to resolve safety issues and drive SHE performance

Process Engineering Management

·Responsible for the process engineering team in all disciplines (process, energy, capex, E&I, mechanical etc.) to ensure a safe, reliable, and profitable operation

·Responsible for the integrity, the conservation of value and the further development of the assets by each of the discipline engineer including

·Responsibility for inspection activities in accordance with internal and external requirements

·Responsibility for initiating and monitoring of maintenance and inspection activities

·Responsibility for determination and further development of maintenance and asset strategies in co-ordination with the maintenance manager and operations manager

·Overall responsibility for the MOC process – initiation, performance, execution (accountability), documentation, training

·Monitoring, reporting, and improving of maintenance and asset integrity related KPI’s

·Bad actor reporting and follow-up (reliability, costs, …), initiation of improvements 

·Support of process optimizations and analyses of process upsets

·Responsible for capex project (initiation, execution and follow up) and turn-around related activities

·Ensure the development and maintaining of asset related training documentation by engineering team

 

 

Cost Management

Guide engineering team non-manpower fixed costs, especially maintenance costs

- Budget preparation

- Supporting the management of energy & utility costs

Personnel Management

·Responsible for process engineering teamwork, lead and review accurate engineering design

·Establish engineering procedures for the team to ensure the best engineering design to Capex conditions has been fulfilled

·Conduct performance reviews with team members

·Ensure continuous training of the assets and production processes as well as a good teamwork spirit

Your Skills and Experience

ard qualification:

·At least Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical engineering with at least a minimum 10 years’ experience in the chemical process industry

·At least 10 years of experience with industrial investment and/or energy related projects

·Experience with planning and coordination of the technical and engineering activities of an organization

·Strong experience in project management

 

Technical skills:

·Applied engineering, technical trouble shooting, chemical polymerization engineering knowledge beneficial

·Budgeting and cost control

·SHE leadership, including clear understanding of Process Safety.

·Flexibility to easily adapt changing methods

·Knowledge of:

·Technical specifications and guidelines

·Technical legislation (i.e. project and construction related)

·Process safety

·Project management
