About the Role

 Handle end to end Industrial Relations for 1/2 plants. 
 To handle contract labour management. 
 End to end management of attendance, salary billing and contract labour payroll. 
 To manage Employee relations for the plants. 
 To prepare employee engagement calendar and execution of the same. 
 Liasoning with government bodies for various plant related matters. 
 Deal with employee grievances and implement the action plans to fill the gaps. 
 To manage entire employee life cycle of these two plants. 

Your Skills and Experience

8 to 12 years of experience in Manufacturing sector and IR. 
 Must have experience in Wage Negotiations. 
 Must be very well versed with Labour Laws.
