For our regional HR team, we are looking for the position of HRIS - LATAM (based in Tocancipa / Bogota-Colombia). The person in this role will oversee the whole region in managing our Information System, support the modules implementation and ensure the data accuracy of the LATAM region, which includes 18 countries and approximately 3.600 employees.

 

 

Exciting Challenges:

  • Ensure the data quality and maintenance of the HR Information System.
  • Support all LATAM countries in SuccessFactors modules management.
  • Serving as the main point of contact between Corporate and local entities in related HRIS topics.
  • Support different HR processes related to Compensation field.
  • Lead training to the HR local teams, to have the processes up to date.
  • Manage and reporting the critical HR KPIs of the Region.

Tus habilidades y experiencia

  • At least 2 years of experience within HR.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel to manage complex databases.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Spanish and English  (C1 level as minimum).
  • Portuguese desirable.
  • Knowledge of data management and KPIs.
  • Experience working with HR Information Systems (Successfactors knowledge will be a plus).
