Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the Demand Generation Pipeline in Americas. Ensuring the well outstanding of the processes and rolling out BDP’s across all countries.
  • Supervise the team in charge of Demand Gen in every area of the region (Weekly follow ups, Define KPIs) Drive performance and growth at every area.
  • Develop, manage and execute multi-wave/multi-channel closed-loop programs using marketing automation platform campaigns with an emphasis on testing, tuning, and optimizing for maximum impact for the business. Implement marketing automation functionality including lead scoring, progressive profiling, and A/B & multivariate testing.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the marketing automation platform (Pardot) in AMER to create and manage standard operating procedures that ensure both technical and marketing best practices are utilized. Coordinate with Salesforce administrators to maintain standards for data cleanliness and completeness. This includes providing ongoing training and support decimation to support data cleanliness.
  • Partner with marketing colleagues to develop compelling on-brand content (email, display, social, and web) that supports marketing campaigns and aligns with the buyer’s journey. This includes email, landing pages, microsites, forms, infographics, case studies, webinars, and social posts.

 Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals for effectiveness (ROI and KPIs - MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution).

As suas competências e experiência

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of growth marketing experience in a Salesforce environment
  • Proven ability to succeed in a B2B marketing environment, integrating with sales and driving qualified leads
  • Working experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe AEM, and other digital marketing systems
  • Must be highly motivated, self-starter with proven marketing and lead generation knowledge
  • • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Ability to create training materials and tools to support knowledge share and internal education efforts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with sales and marketing operations functions
