About the Role

Be part of our team and our success story:

  • First point of contact for all HR system queries (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Intersection to HR, internal stakeholders (like the IT department) and external service providers to determine and ensure system needs and maintenances
  • Support the development, implementation and connection of new digital processes and systems for an efficient HR management 
  • SAP SuccessFactors interface management HR systems
  • Definition and control of access management including role definitions and assignment
  • Prepare training materials and train colleagues on the various HR systems

Your Skills and Experience

We want to improve our HRIS system, therefore we need the following skills from you: 

  • Vocational education or university degree in business administration, human resources or information technology
  • Professional experience in HR information systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors, in an international environment and understanding of HR processes
  • (First) project management experience and ability to transfer HR needs into technical solutions and vice versa
  • (Initial) experience in the coordination of service providers
  • Excellent team player and strong service mentality
  • Very good time management and communication abilities in connection with fluent English skills
